PURCHASE POLICY

Making A Purchase 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Proceed to checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. | PayPal.
We accept all forms of major credit cards including,Visa, Mastercard and Switch. You can pay via PayPal (you do not need to have an existing PayPal account).

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us - we will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us.  We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We never see you card details.

We at JTs Party Shop will never hold any of your financial details.

Description and price of the goods

The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the our website at the time you place your order. 

The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, We at JTs Party Shop will inform you as soon as possible should the waiting time be advised longer than  5 working days.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on JTs Party Shop's website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.
